amanuuh that is just typical of forum fan boys whether they accept it or not the truth now is that the new C63 outclasses the new M3 in just about every respect, can't wait for the new C63 coupe to compare to the M4 which should be a similar conclusion
I'm absolutely over the moon with the initial reviews of the new C63 although some are already reporting conflicting views in some areas eg. the ride quality both the Australian reviews wrote an almost totally opposite view on that one, not to worry though as all things that really count have all had an equally positive result

I think when some people invest $70-$90k on a vehicle and they don't have the financial freedom to trade for the better vehicle, they feel compelled to find way to justify their current purchase.

People are going to have their opinions and take their sides. I think Chris Harris said it best about the contrast between the two. The "muscle car" with great sound and power (along with great everything else) appeals to me more.
Both are great cars but a V8 and that sound is what makes it an easy decision for me.

I think it might be to early to say which car is better, Bmw M3 or the C63s. From what I have read from different reviews. It seems like lot of Personal opinions. Some people are saying the suspension is too stiff and other say it is perfect. It all depends on how you drive you car and what you are going to use the Car for, And maybe then you can find a car critics who has similar driving style that you can relate to. For me It would be Chris Harris, Not because I like his review but, I track all my cars hard and he is the only one who I can relate my driving to.
Prior to ordering a C63s w205, I bought a Bmw M4 which I go rid of after 3 months, Due to the car not satisfying my needs on track or on the streets. But After reading some reviews on the C63s I am not sure If the C63s is going to do the Trick as well. I am in a Bind now, And Debating if I should go back to BMW M3 instead of M4 or Stick with the C63 s or Go to a AMG gts. Which I know will be a Amazing Car and Will satisfy what i am looking for, But Not sure If i want to Invest into that Car at this point.

Good reviews overall, can't wait for some instrumented tests. The V8 is enough for me to chose the C63 over the M3, now how long to see the coupe… the only thing the M3/M4 has going for it IMO is the full CCB package and the color palette - love sakhir orange, austin yellow, and yas marina blue.

My review will be similar to Chris's. I owned a E92 M3 when I worked for BMW. Personally, the M3/M4 is a let down. I drove the car when I drove the W205 C63. The interior is cheap & the fake exhaust is weak. I do, however, think the M3/M4 is slightly more aggressive looking. However, I do like how the C63 is a "sleeper" to the average person.

For me I am planning to use my c63s for track and for daily use, but my biggest concern for c63s is more towards track use. I know the c63s will be great car for daily Use.

"Seems to be the same story as it always been. The M3 really don't have any true competitor, it's in it's own class. One of sharpness first.
If you want a sharp car in the size of the M3 you need to get an M3. For everyone else there is the other class that consists of the C63 AMG, Lexus RC-F and Audi RS5. More luxury geared autobahn stormers with hefty weight around 4000 lbs and either ( no DCT or MT ) or AWD only.
This new Benz C63 is not the true M3 competitor it could have been if they fitted the transmission from the GT with an MT as optional and the GT's HPS and with 500 lbs less weight. ( I'm pretty sure the U.S. curb weight will turn out to be close to 4000 lbs ).
And it's ugly. Maybe next time."
a quote from someone on F80post lol

I honestly could care less but its kinda funny.
I haven't read one review that said that they would choose the M3 over C63. They have all either said they would choose the C63 and two reviews said they need a head to head. Everyone on F8x post has to justify their purchase.
Some people that own a F8x are admitting this car is a damn beast and has the M3/M4 beat.

Its a BMW forum so 90 percent of the F8x owners are saying the car is horrible.
I honestly could care less but its kinda funny.

I'm still on the fence between a C63 and an M3, but damn if they aren't both amazing cars.

It sounds great, good job AMG!
I may be partial to my two previous C63s, but I know that this will be a much more livable car, a better daily driver...because I have a C400. The cockpit and refinement is in another league.
The only issue I have with this C63, and it is a big one for me, is it lacks in styling and does not change much from a C400 with the 19s. Yes, I know the grill is different and the rear has quad, fake exhausts (copying Lexus now???), but other than that, it is a letdown as far as appearance. What happened to the one at the 'Ring with those fender flares? Of course it won't matter to many here but I think for W204 owners it might...for a little bit until they hit a few stoplights!

Found 2 good videos, on the C63s driving on the Track. I found these 2 videos to be way more helpful,Then any media review including Chris Harris. These Video Gives a better approach on how the car drive on the track without trying to drift the car. Videos shows how Neutral the car feel on the track with the right Driver. To me the car is showing great balance under braking and Acceleration. Even when the Race Driver "who's name i don't know" has the Traction fully off. The car shows a great deal of traction which he is able to manage with throttle response. The Video is not in English, But the C63s does a great Job Translating it to any language .
When I watched Chris Harris videos I had some doubts. Never mind I not had A LOT of doubts about the car because he barely covered how it drove on the track under race conditions. All he does or did is Drift Drift Drift which tell you **** about the car. Glad I found these links. Though I share them and hopefully they help other with their Doubts or decision on the Car.
And a link to some good pictures of the C63s and some info Regarding the Weight of the car.

Sorry to say but I too find CH to go off on a little bit of a tangent with most of his reviews, at least he admits it during the review LOL
Thanks for finding and sharing these 2 videos above - great and more importantly very informative viewing

Impressive. Love the interior (except the screen), but the exterior is way too subtle. I'll probably test drive it and decide whether I'll wait for the coupe. So is a 4matic version off the table completely, or still possible?
