I hope to take delivery by early May. Here are the mods that I have in the works already is process: 1)"V8 Bi Turbo", MB Trunk Star "///AMG" Trunk Badges are being painted gloss black. 2) "C63 S" will also be gloss black. However, the "S" I am doing something different. I will keep everyone on there toes for that. 3) The chrome piece on the trunk will be painted Iridium Silver. I am not a fan of chrome. 4) Gloss Black Front Grill...Coming Soon. :) All of the work is being done by iND Distribution. I have used them for multiple projects and there work is amazing. Check out there website (www.ind-distribution.com). They are HUGE on Bimmerpost. The name of my car will begin with the letter "S". I'll reveal that on delivery. ;) I will make a determination to do more mods after I see what comes out. I would love to do a cold air intake/downpipes. Previous Vehicles: 2009 BMW 335xi. This car was identical to Amanuh's. My car had the following mods: Procede V5 Tune Catless DP's Dual Cone Intake Forge Divertor Value with Stett Charge Pipe 5" Front Mount ETS Intercooler Muffler Delete H&R Sport Springs with Bilstein Shocks This car did hit 21 PSI on my boost gauge. That was on stock turbos. 2011 BMW M3 Coupe (E92) Dinan Tune Dinan Pulleys Dinan Intake Eisenmann Sport Exhaust with Challenge Mid Section 2013 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 4 Matic: Renntech Lowering Module with custom front lowering links. Renntech Exhaust System Renntech Air Filters/Spark Plugs. The following work was completed by iND. Custom Painted Black Brake Calipers Matte Black Rear Diffusor Gloss Black Mercedes Benz Star Gloss Black Window Trim Gloss Black Front Grill with Illuminated Star Any questions?? Haha |
Your build thread is finally up!! :zoom:
Youre lucky you had the 2009. Thats the N54. When i got my second one it was a n55. You couldn't have chose anyone better to work on your car. IND is going to kill it. I wonder who told you about mod number 3 lol (unless i didn't but i remember you telling me something different before. I didn't get excited when I posted my build thread but now that you have yours up. Its starting to hit me that our cars are going to be done soon :zoom: Im so excited haha I didn't want silver seat belts because it was going to cost money. My lady put it on accident. :smash: Its fine though because I really liked them. |
You guys are funny LOL. Let the race for the mods begin. :y

Bingo....! This is what I want -- was this window trim part of a package? Mind sharing the cost? BTW, this CLS 550 is a beaut.... My neighbor had one when I had my BMW 550 and I used to drool over that thing (of course while he wasn't looking). :D

That long chrome strip needs to toned down. iND already has all the parts; I hope to have everything back this week. |

Congrats on the production progress....! Are you allowed to post some cool pics of the training car?

Today, my trainer brought the C63 S around for dealership training. The vehicle was in Lunar Blue with Black/Gray Interior. The vehicle had the 19" Black Cross Spokes with CCB. Here are my overall impressions from now in reference to my trip to Palm Springs:
1) The MCT has been updated with faster and snappier shifts. It's even more equal or damn near equal to a DCT. This car was still a pre-production C63 S. I did drive the car around the block. :) 2) The exhaust note does a lot of gurgling and back firing on down shifts. I had everyone looking as I was driving around. The videos do this exhaust system no justice. 3) The car has 3, yes 3, cooling systems. Below is a picture of the entire front end. 4) A spacer was added in the front end to make up for the additional 2 inches. (See Picture Below) 5) The camber on the front/rear is IMPRESSIVE! Wait to you see one up close. I didn't notice this back in December. |

I created a album and nope, no album!! |
Thanks for the pics.

Why does it have Dunlop tires, and why is it leaking coolant for the reservoir?

Nice pics JP! I'm also curious on why the car has Dunlop tires. Could have sworn that the cars were supposed to come with Michelin sport tires. Plus damn those black chrome exhaust tips look amazing! :y:y
