Drove the Eurocharged tuned C63S, Holy Hell!!
The car is an absolute torque MONSTER. I cannot remember the last time I felt boost pull like that in a car (probably MKIV Toyota Supra is the best analogy).
The transmission is a work of art considering it's not even a dual clutch. It feels better than most DCT transmissions and the predictive downshifts in race mode are almost telepathic. It's actually better that it's an MCT style single clutch because that means it can handle way more power than the more fragile dual clutch transmissions.
According to certain sources the motor can take a hell of a lot more power than most realize, should be interesting to see what Jerry comes up with next.
If you are seriously thinking about doing a tune, I wouldn't even think twice about which company to choose ... get the Eurocharged tune... It will literally blow your mind.

Are we talking potentially 650HP/650TQ with a flash only?!

I use Shell 93 V Power + Nitro or BP 93 Invigorate. Prior to BP joining the Top Tier program, I only used Shell.

Those are the only "Top Tier" detergent-packed gasoline brands in my neck of the woods.

I'm curious to see what the limitations of traction will be with these levels of power and torque...
ML63 AMG is correct about the trans, the MCT's type of stall converter set up is much stronger torque handling wise than DSG type autos which will lend itself well to tuning for very high torque outputs.

Merc I suspect pegged the engine back so it doesn't stomp on the E63 but it's clearly engineered to give way higher outputs. Impressive.
