I was not asking if these new downpipes could work with the existing cats (which may or may not be restrictive). I was asking if the downpipes are available with high flow cats that still reduce pollution sufficiently to avoid a check engine light and sufficiently to pass state emissions tests.
These are the only conditions under which I am interested in installing new downpipes. I want neither the hassle of dealing with a check engine light nor the responsibility of creating excess pollution.
In addition, I would like to see a dyno graph to ensure these pipes actually make a meaningful improvement in power.

I understand the idea of downpipes is to reduce exhaust back pressure, flow more exhaust and allow faster turbo spool, all in service of producing more power with less lag.

We will have a dyno graph of the downpipes alone, and a graph with the tune and downpipes.

Installation time will be between 7 to 8 hours. The transmission does not have to be removed. However, a single cut on each downpipe is required. A step by step instruction manual will be included with each set of downpipes that we ship. Currently there is not a catted version of the downpipes, however we are working on an o2 spacer to be purchased separately of the downpipes to resolve the check engine light. In the meantime, the purchase of our tune can be used to turn off the check engine light.

I just had these installed on my car over the weekend. My mechanic cut them out and he got it done in less than 6 hours, and he is very careful and takes his time with my cars. I only got to test the car for a minute because we had to remove the ecu (i bought the eurocharged tune too) BUT HOLY HELL!!!! The downpipes make a monster difference. Which I knew they would because this engine set up is similar to my X6M and when I did DPS on that the difference was amazing. This car now sounds like a beast. I would say it is atleast 3 times louder, it sounds raspy, you can hear the turbos and the pops are insane. It was exactly what I was looking for. IMO there is no need to go with a upgraded cat back unless you want to go all out. The stock performance exhaust with downpipes sounds just nutty. The turbos spool way faster, I punched it in 2nd and the car almost went sideways. I will post some vids on my instagram when I get the car back this weekend. Eurocharged service was very good, Jerry helped me and answered any questions I had. Thanks!

Can the stock cats be put back on the car after they have been cut?

The install is pretty straight forward though:
The transmission will NOT need to be removed.
The stock downpipes need to be cut to be removed.
You will need to relocate O2 sensor wiring but all factory brackets are reused.
It is possible to reinstall the factory downpipes but you would need to weld them back together and remove the transmission.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
