Few questions - I have the performance exhaust (w/ button) so that would mean I would go with the $2,295 (non-track) version. Do you have a video of a stock C63S exhaust system with performance exhaust on vs. AWE exhaust system with performance exhaust on? Want to hear what the difference truly is and does it justify the expense. Lastly, what is the usual labor cost for shop to install this and does it impact the MB warranty in any way?

Hi, Jeremy. Since you're already equipped with the Dynamic Performance Exhaust, you would want to go with the SwitchPath™ System. I do not have a comparison video of stock v.s. the SwitchPath™ system, but I can say with upmost confidence that we have given the C63 S what it needed, and spent a lot of time to make sure we didn't come up short in any aspect. We've mastered the acoustics of the C63's engine and the result is intoxicating.

Below is a chart for a visual comparison regarding sound/volume to cure any lingering curiosities.



Otherwise, I can't speak on cost of install as shop rates differ. The SwitchPath™ and Track Edition Exhausts do not replace any of the C63's emissions system.

The track edition has no mufflers/resonators in the rear section, it's just straight pipe.

So the volume is on '11' all the time.

Less weight though...

I find myself with the valves open at all times, but it is very nice being able to go into "stealth" mode when needed. The SwitchPath™ system is equivalent to the DPE in terms of weight, and the Track Edition is about 10lbs lighter.
