Key fob battery
 

Just wanted to ask - my Keyless unlock/go has started to become a little intermittent. I have had the car since December and it was in the dealership from September. I know the fob is constantly transmitting but it still seems quick to need a new battery - how quickly have others needed to change the battery ? I hope it isnt something more serious....

You can turn off the key fob by pressing lock twice quickly. Unlock it by pressing any button.

Yes thanks for that - I saw that mentioned elsewhere. But I cant be bothered so just wondered how long the battery tends to last otherwise.

My experience has been about a year - four fobs on two cars have followed this lifespan for me.
