I received around 12% off my built-to-order 17' C63S Coupe. However, this was after dealer compensation for missing folding mirrors ($3000 discount, plus 3 years pre-paid maintenance), European Delivery discount (5%, plus waived $925 transportation charge), a customer appreciate bonus received earlier this year at the NY Auto Show ($500), and a $1000 AMEX Platinum discount I had available.
All in all, received a discount of $11,677 off MSRP ($91,760).
Coupe gets delivered early next week, can't wait!

'17 C63s coupe & '18 XC90
I got 5% off my c63s coupe, including the $1K AMEX credit mentioned above. That's after a different dealer told me I had to pay a $20K premium over MSRP.
That said, a week before getting my car another dealer emailed me out of nowhere offering the same car for ~10% below MSRP. I didn't take the bait because the deal sounded sketchy but worth mentioning nonetheless.

I did 5% off on a C63s Edition 1 Cabrio, then I got texted by a competing dealer after I signed who was willing to do an additional $100 off per month on the lease. Ugh!

Got about 6% on my C43 off the sticker price. No fuss, no mess: "Here's the sticker price, here's the invoice price. You will be paying the invoice price". That's what I got, and went for it. Add my wife's MD $1k discount to that.
