2017 Mercedes C63s coupe
ECU tune sale
Have a 2017 C63s coupe with BMC filters. What kind of HP/Torque can I expect from the Tune?
How long is the turnaround time for flashing the ECU? If I ship it overnight on a Monday from Miami when can I expect to receive it back?
THanks

uhhh no. Would recommend doing more research on your part before you get a tune. Transmission drop is for the downpipes.

I'd like to know this, too. I'm in Palm Beach County. I'd like to know how much downtime to expect, before I jump on this deal.

Yea, that's for the C43 which sits right on top of the engine bay. The C63S ECU is located somewhere in the depths of hell from what I've heard.
It's times like these I wish we had a separate forum for C63 owners...

This is what was written up a while ago.
1. Remove all three under trays
2. Unscrew the two E10 bolts holding the wiring harnesses to the top ECU bracket
3. Unclip the two coolant lines attached to the front of the ECU lower front bracket
4. Remove the single E10 bolt from the front of the lower front ECU bracket
5. Remove both electrical clips that are plugged into the ECU
6. Slide the ECU forward slightly approximately 1.5”
7. Remove the 4x T30 screws retaining the front and rear lower ECU brackets 8. Remove both brackets from the vehicle
9. Now slide the ECU forward almost into the fan
10. Start to push the ECU to make a 90 degree turn
11. Being careful not to damage the fan or the coolant reservoir while pulling the ECU out of the bottom center of the car

I did some exploring under the car and found the ECU. Unfortunately I am in call so I can't be out of service for even a day.
I dont one know what exactly you guys do when you bench tune the ECU
But after poking around, it looks like there might be room to Unplug the harness and maybe plug an extension into the front of the ECU for a "kinda-sorta handheld tune" from a hand unit or even a laptop then plug the harness back in.
Its not exactly an OBDII plug and play but has that option been explored?
