MY 2018 C63S Sedan discounts and New vs '16 CPO
How much discount is realistically possible on custom order MY18 C63S sedan?
I am eligible for $2K fleet discount. Assuming a conservative 6% discount of MSRP + 2K fleet discount on a $83.5K build will get me a MY2018 sedan for $75.5K.
I am wondering if its better to get a '18 for 75.5 vs a CPO '16 for 62-65 K with similar specs?

Lease or purchase the 18'? If you plan in buying the car and all things being relative equal regarding specs you want, the 16' has already taken a big hit in depreciation. A new car is great. Just depends on what you prefer. Personally I always need to buy new. That's just my thing. I like being the first owner. If your ok with CPO go for it!

If you a buy a new 18', by this time 2 years from now your new car will depreciate more than 10K. These cars take big hits the first few years. That's why if you're ok with CPO, I'd go that direction and save on the loss you're going to take. If you're like me and owning a new car is important, go that direction.
