We have done many group buys in the past on this forum and I can say they all went very well. If there interest in a group buy, we will do it. For those that have the "AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber Package 2" option which includes a carbon fiber rear valance trim (the flat black piece on your test car/car in photos) how does the coloring, the gloss, and the weave pattern match? Hoping it blends seemlessly so that it isn't an obvious difference?

The carbon quality and weave/color are practically identical, it would be very hard to see a difference and would match well.
As most of you might know I was the one that tested the install and I have to say this was a great edition (pardon the pun) to an already great car. Install was a breeze and it totally changes the look of the rear of the car. Also if you check the OEM prices for the stock edition 1 rear diffuser the three fin part alone is $700 and you still have to buy the bottom plate and small trim pieces that go under exhaust. I believe everything would be close to $1400 plus I believe you still have to have them painted. This is a great deal for a carbon fiber OEM replica and the quality is top notch. I have now had it on the car for over two weeks and i still can't help but walk behind it everyday just to admire it.
if your in the market to change the rear look I would definitely jump in on this group buy deal.

Thanks Michael! And yes, the OEM edition 1 diffuser comes in gray primer that needs to be painted.

No, that is actually just an OEM CLS63 diffuser we made in matte carbon. No plans for any other coupe diffuser at this time. You can always if anything get just the center portion of the diffuser without the lower portion, I think that should work ok.
