Want to trade my 19' 5 twin-spoke rim with black forged cross-spoke

Looking to trade my 19 inch 5 twin-spoke rim with the black cross-spoke forged rims. I heard from someone that there is a company that can make the trade, but I have no further details.. Have you guys heard about it?
Also feel free to let me know if you guys have the black cross-spoke rims for trade, and I can add extra cash on top of it.
