Question Need help: Trouble hard wiring dash cam using passenger side fuse box

I am trying to install my black vue 750S dash cam on my 2018 C63, but I couldn't get any power from fuse box.
I tried to wire from the passenger side fuse box and I got a fuse diagram from http://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/merc...e-diagram.html
I wired constant power to NO,306. According to the diagram, NO.306 controls seat control unit. And I wired ACC to NO.302 (Right front door control unit).
I also used a circuit tester to test if the wire is live when the ignition is off. However none of these wires are live as I tested, and I am guessing that is either because my circuit tester is broken, or because passenger fuse box doesn't support any wiring at all.
Any help please? Thanks.

Here is the diagram that I refer to,

All the fuses in the passenger side are live, even when the car is off. Your tester is broken.

I can confirm what Strafe1 said. All the fuses in the passenger side compartment are hot. You need to either use the driver side or the trunk.
