Selling dime turbos
For sale is my used dime racing turbos with the internal upgrades done. They’re working 100%. I am upgrading getting pure turbo stage 2. With these turbos my car was able to reach 10.5 @ 131 in the 1/4 mile. I’m selling these turbos for $2,000 + stock cores. I am located in westchester, new york and will be bringing my car to autocotoure motoring for my work to be done.

Am I being for real about what part? Are these not stage 3 turbo's? I have only seen the Dime Racing Upgraded turbo's in stage 3. Wouldn't these be better then the Stage 2 Turbo's? I'm curious because I'm very interested in upgrading my Turbos and The Stage 2 Pure and Wiestec were on my list. Sense I heard Dime was out of business I didn't go that way. But the guy I bought my car off had the Stage 3 Dime turbos on my car before I bought it. He put them on his new GTS. All the Dime Racing Turbo guys on here seem to have the most power or HP numbers I have seen. I haven't seen any numbers yet on the Stage 2 Pure Turbos.

so technically he is going from stage 3 (upgraded internals) to stage 4 (full upgraded larger turbos)

The Stage 2 Pure Turbos are upgraded internals and bored out. Would be the same as the Dime Racing ones I would assume. I still don't get the difference here. Because Pure Turbos uses the stock cores and just bores them out to I think 65 or 68mm with upgraded internals. So, maybe I'm getting something wrong here or don't understand how changing the Dime Racing ones to the Pure Turbos. Unless, the Dime Racing ones weren't bored out. Based on the info I read on them they're bored out to 68mm

The writing is on the wall. Dime is out of business. There is no further support for the turbos. They went out of business for a reason. Pl27 is changing turbos for a reason. Go for the pure turbos and be happy. There is much more to building a turbo than changing a wheel and boring it. Pure has the experience and Dime didn't.

The writing is on the wall. Dime is out of business. There is no further support for the turbos. They went out of business for a reason. Pl27 is changing turbos for a reason. Go for the pure turbos and be happy. There is much more to building a turbo than changing a wheel and boring it. Pure has the experience and Dime didn't.
