Keyes European Awful Sales Experience
Hey guys,
I'm a C63 S owner in Los Angeles and today I had a pretty awful experience at Keyes European in Van Nuys when taking my brother to check out a C43. Copy/pasting from my Yelp review. I had heard great things about this dealership, but I would recommend staying away:

I have not purchased a car from this dealership -- and I never will. I went into the dealership with my brother who is in the market for a new car and wanted to check out a C43. Upon walking in the front door, a salesman said, "Why are you here?". Not exactly a warm welcome or even slightly professional, but I told him that we wanted to check out a C43 for my brother. I am a C63 S owner and love my car and I was excited to turn him on to such a great car. The sales guy told us to go to the third floor to see the inventory.
In the elevator, a thickly-accented guy in his early sixties who claimed to be a sales manager there began to interrogate us and demanded to know who told us to go to the third floor without a salesperson and what our intentions were. As if we were there for nefarious reasons. I said that we had been instructed to go to the third floor, to which he said customers are not allowed unaccompanied and that he was angry because a salesman had clearly 'prejudged' us as not being serious about buying a car and didn't deserve to be a salesman. Instead of saying, "Let me show you the car", this sales manager's tone was instead incredibly confrontational and belittling to me, an AMG customer for life and my brother who could have been one.
It's clear that the customer is not the priority here at Keyes and I will never buy a car at this dealership or take my car here for service. They should be ashamed and I will report this incident to Mercedes USA. Steer clear of this place.

That place sucks, it's all about selling in volume. Move units, move units. That's a crappy way to buy a luxury car. I'd say check out MB of Beverly Hills, MB of Calabasas, and MB of Thousand Oaks.

I loved my experience with W.I. Simonson (Mercedes of Santa Monica). I bought from Northern California, and they flew me and my wife down, picked me up at airport, had the paperwork ready, gave me 5% off, bought us lunch, and paid for our overnight hotel in L.A.

If there are ANY dealerships close by simply walk away and see them!
