eurocharged obd bi-turbo tuning

Once again we are leading the pack! We have perfected the technology to do OBD tuning on your biturbo cars from the comfort of home! No more need to pay someone hours to get the ecu relocated!!

We have a few sets of our equipment that we are shipping around to customers to get you tuned from home!!! You flash the car and ship the equipment back. Easy as pie!!

Lets make it a little more interesting with this....
$1299 for the tune + $2k refundable deposit on cc. $100 shipping..includes insurance

First to pay holds the spot in line for equipment etc.

And....GO

This is amazing. FINALLY! This makes all those piggybacks obsolete.

crazy1eye 11-13-2018 03:33 PM

Does EC Canada have this available?

I.T. Guy 11-13-2018 03:38 PM

So same tune but we save $1000 vs going to your location?

Pete H 11-13-2018 03:40 PM

Anyone know if this will code out..turn off..the CEL from running high flow cats?

Pete H 11-13-2018 03:47 PM

This actually looks like something for the older 6.3 v8... not the 4.0TT..... can't find it anywhere on their site.

No, this is new for the V8 biturbo engines. M157 and our M177 etc.

Schulminator 11-13-2018 06:13 PM

I'm in... been discussing this with Jerry. Would need the equipment for a day or two for dyno tuning.
How would it work with sending updated tunes during my session?

Yes, but what about ongoing end user adjustability offered with the new JB4 for the M177, you can't keep the EC tool with you for ever...

Maybe a combination of both.

Can the dealer detect that the ECU has been tuned via OBD?

Any remap done to the ECU regardless of method can be detected

Micha3lb 11-13-2018 07:28 PM

Hopefully not too long till this is available in Australia!

Exactly what I was thinking before.

In time there will be more such tuning options from other tuning companies as well :)

untamedd 11-13-2018 09:52 PM

i got all excited and thought this was a tune that would be undetectable :(

ItalianJoe1 11-13-2018 11:17 PM

HP Tuners now supports these cars. End user tuning via OBD.

Hopefully after it's initially flashed, there's an easy way to switch back to the stock tune before making a trip to the dealer. That way all the parameter's show up as stock if the dealer ever checks.

I know the M3/M4's have OBD tune's capable of this!

This is a method used by many including myself on multiple other cars I own, certain dealers I've dealt with in the past say they can still detect it through logs...I have however never had an issue because nothing major has ever gone wrong.

It'll probably be a different story if something major does go wrong and you then have to raise a mechanical warranty claim.

slowc 11-14-2018 03:56 AM

Stupid question but if you have a buddy over can you do s deal on two cars?

tekfoc 11-14-2018 04:43 AM

Wow this is what I'm talking about

I've been tuning GM cars with HPTuners for years now. It's a good tuning suite. However, no M177 support yet. I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

Not 177, but they have 278/157 support now, and have had 156 for maybe 2 years? They will get there. The products they support have increased hugely in the recent years. I have had their stuff since 2006 for my Cobalt SS, tuned tons of cars, love it.

Between this release and JB4, it’s is an exciting time for this platform!
