W205 C63S Water Methanol Injection
For those who are running Water Methanol Injection...I’m interested in what brand kits are being used, where injectors and tanks are being installed your thoughts on how your finding the performance results.
Post up pics so we can all see your setups.

We're working on a JB4 controlled integrated WMI kit for the C63/C63S. The key to doing WMI safely is integration with the tuning so that boost is held low until meth is fully flowing to avoid tip in knock, and then mapping any boost gains on WMI flow so if flow drops for any reason, the tuning is turned down on the fly to avoid detonation.

Any boost referenced progressive kit will work fine, but you will need to add an addiotional nozzle to the kit for injection on both inlets. I’m looking at trying Aem or Devils Own kit this time.

Thanks for the input.
Im considering either AEM V2 or Snow Stg3 but not really looking to mount tank and pump in the boot as I have a custom stereo boot install.
Looking at maybe a custom tank in the engine bay but want to see what others have done.
Also interested to see where others have mounted their nozzles.
Have shown interest in helping development of the JB4 here in Australia but didn’t get much interest back so bought turbos instead.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Weistec has a kit for the M177 which comes with silicon boots off the turbo outlet to install the dual nozzles, check it out: https://weistec.com/all/mercedes-ben...-m177-c63.html
It's also worth noting that while this is branded as a Weistec kit, it's clearly an AEM Water/Methanol Injection Kit that they're using in conjunction to the custom silicon turbo hoses, custom brackets, etc.
Someone can definitely piece it together as DIY to save some bucks, but I think the most difficult part would be tapping the stock turbo hose outlets with the nozzles.

We'll have a plug and play kit including nozzle holders and our unique integrated tanks out soon enough. But as I said it's not a good idea to run a kit that isn't integrated in to your tuning. You're risking engine damage if meth stops flowing during a run for any reason, blown fuse, loose line, running out of fluid, etc. And risking engine damage as boost builds before meth is fully flowing.
When our kit is close to read we'll start sharing logs showing how the safety systems work and why you really need them.

Fitment is definately A1 with the integrated nozzle bungs in the silicon pre intercooler pipes but price is way up there especially when I’m not going to use the tank.
Snow have a range of nozzle bungs available for both metal and rubber pipes/hoses so mimicking Weistec nozzle location is possible with these bungs.
The turbos I purchased have a nozzle port in the compressor already for WMI but not sure if I want to spray the water meth directly into the turbo compressor or into the pre intercooler pipes.
I’ve read post intercooler is the best option, however, there’s not a lot of room between the throttle body and inlet manifold on the M177.

I’m still interested in your JB4 for all its extra features and definitely for its ability to fine tune the new turbos.

Aem 3030 kit works well and like you’ve found there are numerous ways to mount the nozzles. I would use the meth for a iat/octane cushion more so than relying on it for octane or detonation resistance. Sure there are plenty of fail safe options to prevent engine damage in the event of the methanol not being delivererd, but if you setup the car to run properly without it, the methanol just becomes an addiotional layer of saftey to protect your investment and a tool to help battle summer heat.

Can you sell the kit separately without JB4 tune? Or can you sell the silicon plug and play adapters separately?

Thanks Payam. Anyone have any further pics of tank setups? I like BMS location since its such a short distance to the nozzles but don't like the fact its right next to the cabin fan intake. The pic of the tank mounted to the back seat looks like a pain to fill. Something like the M4 gts flush to the trunk floor would be nice. Going to take apart the trunk tonight and do some measuring.
