Eurocharged Tune Probelms
Hello,
I installed dp and Eurocharged stage 2 last week. Took it to the dyno over the weekend. Looks like power is cutting out at 3500 RPM. I'm not sure what's causing this and i'm not an expert at reading the graph.
Anybody have any experience with this that can chime in?
I emailed Jerry over the weekend, hopefully he'll respond soon.
Also numbers are a lot lower then i was expecting.

These cars have a hard timing getting an rpm pick up on a dynojet dyno. Switch the x axis to speed and see if it still has that loop at 3500. Also to note which backs my theory up is that you’re not revving to redline on the graph however you probably did in reality.
With that being said always download the run files from your dyno operator and send to your tuner. It’s probably better to do that before asking the scientists on the internet.

Aside from the blip in power, your numbers do look a little low... Should be around 510rwhp and 560ftlb torque for stage 2, based on their website claims... That said, every car is different... You might have had a low baseline or it might just be the dyno... HP and TQ numbers by themselves don't mean much, to be quite honest...
I just recently loaded stage 1 on my car until my DP's are coated and installed... I'll have to get some before and after dyno's as well to confirm the numbers... A bit disappointing, but I'm sure jake will take care if you. I'll post up when I get my own numbers...

Not enough info just from the graph to know for certain, and it could be a few different things. At the very least it would have been nice if the dyno operator had also logged AFR and maybe even timing.
First question is, was it in dyno mode?
Next, how many miles on the car? Are they the original plugs? My first thought is spark blowout or trans slip given where in the RPM range that dip occurred, as well as the the nature of the dip.

The car under 20,000 miles. It runs ok. When i floor it on the freeway it's doing the same thing, power cuts out at certain RPM. I got the run files, couldn't upload it.
