Detail shop scratched up by bumper trimming the suntek ppf they applied. They tried to buff out the scratches(razor cuts) but they couldn't get them out. They have offered to get the front bumper repainted/blended and tint the windows as a comp.
Paid 3800 to get the full front wrapped with suntek,rims coated with bc06, and the whole car coated with modesta bc04.
That's a pretty shocking standard of work there! I guess them putting the bumper right is all you can expect though I'd demand it would have to be absolutely perfect match-wise. I don't think I'd be willing to let them do further work eg window tints given the standard of their prior work on your car either!
