Have been visiting this site for several months and want to thank everyone for all the great information and all I have learned. Ordered a 2020 C63S in selenite gray with red pepper nappa in late May, built in late June, on a boat now and expect delivery early September. This is my first MB, coming from a series of modded cars, including a GT500, CTSV and a ZL1, all of which have run in the Texas mile. If there is anybody here who has run a C63 in a mile anywhere I would appreciate any input on mods, results or anything else in the way of guidance. Really looking forward to the car, partially due to my wife's failing sense of humor on the other choices. Again, thanks for having such a great site.

First off, congrats on the purchase. Second, I'm just sitting here eating my popcorn waiting for a select few individuals to lose their **** seeing that it only took 4 months from order to delivery! Third, as far as mods, it really depends what you're looking to sit at. Most people I see here have catless downpipes, a tune, and new turbos if you really wanna party. Intakes don't seem like a hot item, nobody really makes them. You can get them from a few reputable places but you're really just paying for the carbon fiber under your hood. I hear pops and burbles are muted on the facelifts, so a different exhaust could be on the table (if that's your thing). But really, there isn't a whole lot as far as performance mods go, its already a monster. Enjoy!

seriously, i'm over it now. i know MB got their act together in the past couple of months. also the fact that my car may be in my possession as early as next week is giving me hope!
Delighted to hear that it's finally getting delivered to you. Must admit, I take everything the dealer promises me with a grain of salt, explaining why I'm out of that commodity now. And I'm really glad to hear about the benefits of the puddle lights. That, combined with the red seats should get me another 3 mph in the mile. Most important, when it arrives, my wife will have to quit commenting on the rough ride, loud noise, tire expense and not being able to hear her cell phone in my outgoing ride...

Beautiful ride! I'm north of Dallas out in the country. I believe another one like this is due to be delivered to Dasani soon in Texas.
Great minds think alike. If you're close, and my delivery actually happens, how about a coffee somewhere?

Yep, I also have a selenite grey with red-pepper interior on the way.
Miracles happen! Just visited with my sales guy and the car is on the ground, in the US.
Going in Thursday to fill out the paper work, give them my car and pickup a loaner until my car gets here. Now I'm willing to get excited.
