Are those the OEM forged wheels? Strange that you got black center hubs. It's almost like there was an error at assembly, and you accidentally got someone else's black forged wheel hub. I have the same wheels (silver forged) and they came with silver hubs.
I have an obsidian black 2019 C63s. I kind of like the looks of the black hubs on yours, but it could look better on a black car.
Given that this is almost certainly the result of a manufacturing error, I'd be surprised if the dealership couldn't get you the correct hubs at no cost.

They should fit i guess, as long as your wheels are 19s shouldnt be a problem. Shoot me a pic of yours just to check them out. And we can figure something out.
