18” wheels with ccb on c63s?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to swap 19” stock wheels for lighter 18” if you have the carbon ceramic brakes?
it looks really tight and the ET isn’t a common number

looking to get a lighter and cheaper option for track day

Any forged wheel company can let you know if you request them specs if they will be able to make it work.

Stock 18s will not clear the calipers so I don't believe any aftermarket rims would either.

Can't assume that. If you go custom, there can be wheel designs with more inner barrel clearance/lower offsets and spoke designs that provide the needed caliper/brake clearance and so forth. You can't just assume because stock 18's do not fit that you can't run an 18' set up.

When I had my RC-F, it was said that 18's would not fit. Next thing you see someone with Forgeline wheels that gave just enough clearance for the caliper based off the barrel design.

Not clear how one could create more inner barrel clearance while still maintaining an 18" rim's diameter. I don't know anything about RC-Fs but does not seem applicable unless it has the same sized calipers as the C63s.

Doable in the rear, most likely not in the front with an "S" model. C63S1 is correct, reach out to a wheel manufacturer and check. I've had great dealings with BC Forged directly in FL.

im sorry but why would I check if it’s not possible in the front on a “S” and only in the rear?
you mean riding 18” in the back and 19” in the front?

case is closed, thanks for the info
