I am having a oil leak in my car and noticed it is getting worse. I don't have lifts to check it out myself. Dropping the car in the am tomorrow.
No check engine lights or warnings. A service is due in 4200 miles. When parking my car I have noticed a burning smell from the engine. I recently had a local shop fix an ATF leak and had them flush and replace gasket.
The color of the oil is green but could also be turquoise depending on how you look at it (I know that ATF fluid is blue).
I attached two pictures to give you an idea of how it looks. Any thoughts? I am lowered on HR VTF so I could have banged into something on the road.
By the description of the color, I think it might be your rear differential or the driveshaft. If it were your tranny again, it would be more redish in color.
