Hi everyone ! Just picked up a new C63s and wanted to know if there are any Service Advisors in the NY/NJ area that are good to deal with throughout my lease? 😎 I am coming from a different brand and don’t really know who to go to. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

i live on the border of queens/long island and have taken my previous car to MBRVC. didnt have a great experience. MB manhattan is where its at although not super convenient for me.
i had a bad experience with RVC also. my 2015 E63S wasn’t the same after i took it there. was always revving funny and just overall wasn’t driving the same. i didn’t go back to fix it or see the issue because i had a 2020 C63S on order and knew i was getting rid of the car soon
I purchased 4 snow tires from MBRVC (Pirelli Sottozero 3 ) believe early Nov. I scheduled an appt. on 11/18/2019 at 11am. I called the day before and confirmed the appt with their Tire Specialist.
The work order was to install the 4 snow tires and do an alignment. After about 3 hours of waiting and getting many different reasons from the SA why it was taking so long, one was they could not find my tires as the person who stored them was off. Finally someone found them.
After waiting 5 1/2 hours I got the Service Manager. She along with the Service Bay Manager did not know where my car was. I could also see into the repair bay area and also did not see my car. They finally realized that one of the Tech was out with it for a "Road Test".? The Bay Manager called him on his cell phone and told him to return.
This day at 4:30 pm it was pouring rain,fog and the roads were soaked and getting dark. I asked that the Service Manager along with me present check the mileage when my car returned. The Tech had driven 5 miles on my car in these deplorable conditions. Who only knows how many more miles he would have driven if the Service Bay Manager did not call him to come right back in.
The Service Manager said this should never have happened. My total invoice was $486.00 in which I was not charged.
*Previous to this date I had my rear diff oil changed (1,800 miles) here (MBRVC) and everything was good.

you can find a service advisor who is mod friendly i guess, but if something goes wrong, they have a job to do at the end of the day and if its related to you modding your car, no one will be mod friendly in that sense. lol

Debatable lol. In every other brand I’ve ever had a car for, you take care of your guy...they take care of you...
Looking for a QUALITY body shop in NYC area. My front bumper has a small postage size Clear Coat missing(see photo below). Maybe from having my XPEL removed but not sure. I just got 2 estimates the : 1. remove the entire front bumper ,sand, prime and repaint and Clear coat entire bumper for $450. The 2 estimate was sand down approx 3 feet across from bumper and blend that area and Clear Coat without removing front bumper for $250.
Any suggestions or Quality body shop in my area would be helpful. Thanks.
