c63s coupe AMG exhaust sounds... meh?
hi, guys - I have 2019 c63s coupe with amg sport exhaust so I expected it to sound brutal from the box.
my car has not yet gotten over the breaking in mileage (1500 km) - but the sounds so far disappointed me. slight burble even when i rev in sport+ or even race mode. that's it.
no roar, no pops or bangs, nothing.
is it going to change after breaking in? or why does it sound so bad?
nowhere near the stock cars on youtube videos

they should be there in race mode when rpm gets above 4k and you let off the gas. Reving it while parked I don't think the car will pop and crackle like the youtube videos, at least mine doesn't, it just burbles.

MB you guys have really outdone yourselves with this one. pre facelift owners dont ever bring your car in for any fuel cell recalls.

yeah it has a rev limiter so it doesn't sound too impressive reving it from a stop but in race mode when you drive it hard and aggressive it sounds really good. Mine is at 3k miles and mine pops and bangs loudly in race mode when driven hard. The renntech active valve control helps maximize the sound the stock car can make by keeping the valves open 100% all the time.

No, they just nerfed the 2019’s. Listen to the pre facelifts, especially with ASR valves. It’s awesome.

I noticed a valve underneath the car - where H- (or X-) pipe starts - is that it? can it be deleted so that the pipes run straight?
