How to remove facelift door panel on coupe

So I bought the MACarbon CF door trim for my FL coupe and cannot find any videos on how to remove the door panels for FL. All of the ones I found are for pre-FL sedans.

Does anyone have a link or instructions?

They sell 4, 5, 10 piece tool sets to pry open the interior pieces you are replacing.. On their website they offer support. Good luck
