Feeling sluggish and laggy
Took my car in for the panoramic roof not closing . The dealer fixed that but car just do not feel the same performance wise. The service notes don't state a update was performed but does mention codes were cleared.
The car is no where as responsive and seems to take forever to build boost . The tranmission is shifting much softer but does pop a lot more on downshifts and lifting off the throttle.
Before the responce was mental in S+ and S now even that is sluggish and the car does not rev match gears as aggressively either. Comfort feels really muted , tranmission is shifting to 7th near 45 mph .
S+ mode isn't as jump either from the start.
I was searching on the forums and many people state they all had this issue when a tcu update was applied or a software update has been applied for the exhaust burbble.
There was nearly no laggy before in the car in just feels laggy and always seem to recline when trying to pass cars. Feels much more numbed power wise.
Note: car has never been updated or been to dealer

They were done , 10,000 miles . Well called the dealer and these guys did update the ecu . Stating they can't roll back the software to what it was . Literally change the whole engine responce of the car along with exhaust. It's more muffled all pops more which I could care less for . Laggy as heck now . Any suggestions? Are even allowed to update the car with permission and than not even note it done on the services performed?

Never, ever allow these dealership fools to update your software. It's always for the worst.

This update neutered mine and a lot of the other guy's on here cars. After update was down 50hp on a MAHA dyno (can post dyno sheets if you really want) barely making 470hp at crank. Huge difference in performance. No more "snappy" feeling in 2nd gear it became somewhat gradual increase as you accelerate but no more g-force feeling in your stomach.
Never, ever allow these dealership fools to update your software. It's always for the worst.
Luckily my indi reverted software for me at the last service. I'm still scarred by the sh*t performance though.

Yeah pretty much dead on with the gradual increase, the car doesn't have any bite like it did before. Feels like the engine is choking now , even s+ mode throttle repsonce feels like **** , before it would bite your head off. Worst of all I hate lag this update has introduced. Anyone on the forums here can roll it back ?

Vito traveliner 3.0
Van has died since update and MB denying update caused problem
Took vito traveliner 3.0 (edit) in for prop shaft replacement. Offered free update advised would be good for van.
Now have NOX ? Issue needing new exhaust sensor and MB denying their update caused any problems...
Is there a solution to this? They are saying it cant be rolled back... feel really cross as they are denying their update caused this and they have wrecked my van.
