"New" 2020 (ideal spec) OR Used 2021 (Don't like color)?
What is the likelihood of getting a 10% or so discount on a "New" 2020 that's been sitting on a lot for 2 years? It's a sedan and my dream spec (besides no HUD or vented seats (which suck anyway)) - has a few hundred miles on it but has never been titled.
I would get it but they lowballed me to the tune of 8k for my trade. They offered me 64k - MB Dealer. The car is new but a 2020 model that's been on the lot for 2 years...
If not I have tabs on a polar white 2021 with 4k miles and every option besides performance seats. I don't prefer polar white (it's really really bright) but I'm guessing a wrap would be 3-4k to make it matte silver or matte grey (incl. door jambs) OR just xpel stealth it to make it frozen. They offered my 72k for my trade.
So...
1) Should I try and make a deal with the dream spec? (right now it would cost me 12k more over the life of the note and it would be a 2020 so obviously depreciate more. This 12k more over the life of the loan would be right now with no price movement and AFTER including the costs of wrapping the 2021)
2) Should I get the 2021 that's a good deal but I don't love the color and wrap it?
Backstory: Bought a 2020 C63S that was a great deal that was missing a lot (rims(standard 5 spokes), carbon fiber, lighting package, color (selenite), driver package, parking package and wanted to see if i could part ways with it as pain-free as possible without spending 10k to make it look how i want with XPEL stealth and rims but still not having all the features.

I'm going to throw out a suggestion; why don't you work both deals simultaneously and make a decision once you've got final numbers from both stealers? It will be much easier to make a decision with solid numbers instead of theoretical ones.
