2021 Mercedes C63s AMG Coupe
Storing car for the winter

1. Washed the car properly to get rid of any possible salt.
2. Brimmed tank full.
3. Put car in standy mode
4. Tire pressure increased to 49psi.

Anything else I might have missed?

You might what to add some fuel saver to the gas tank as ethanol will dissipate in a short period of time ... I added it in my tank last year and again a few weeks ago

Definitely add the fuel saver (e.g. Stabil), and best to a full tank as you've already done. Note it is important to run the engine for 5 minutes or so to get the fuel saver throughout the fuel system, not just in the tank. I've been using it since 2010 on my Porsche, every winter. Also not a bad idea to move the car once or twice over the winter - either really run it at some speed so it fully warms up and/or put it in neutral and roll it like a foot or so to move the tires to a different spot. 49psi helps, but still better to move as well.

Just put my car in storage but I'm not familiar with "standby mode". Can you elaborate please?

It's weather dependent but I'm guessing 4-5 months.

I live in NY and drive all year long. Just put some All Seasons. Surprised how good the Michelin AS4 are.
If snow storm I drive the other car but our cars are pretty good in snow with good tires.

i just did the same thing with my C63s and E63s wagon - battery tenders plugged in - hoping to get one day of nice weather in between storms to do a proper wash on the wagon and then cover them up until Spring ready to terrorize the streets of UT - HA!!!!
i too am curious about "stand-by" mode - what is that?

It's also recommended to get an oil change beforehand. Make sure you make a note of the non-operational time standby mode displays, and make sure it's long enough, otherwise you need to hook it up to a trickle charger as well.

For those curious about standby mode. I think it's only available for NTG 5.5 and higher.
