Wow the new c63s testing! Sound better versus w205
here it is the new w206 c63s. Raw muscular sound, much more performance and weight savings. Wasn’t there a guy on here that will be the first one in line to get one of these? In the mean time I will be sticking with my amg gtr and c63 coupe until this comes to the states & will purchase this w206 as a replacement for both of my amg. Can’t wait!

I think the sound is fake and enhanced for this video. You can never trust sound clips. It's like relying on a configurator for an accurate depiction of color. Besides the electric motor that makes almost no noise your left with that little "buzzy" four banger and that's it. Oh yes and a host of new regulations.

OP needs to get his ears checked if he thinks the W206 sounds better than the W205. Sorry but had to be said.

Edit: I realise OP may have been sarcastic in his post. Difficult to convey online...

Regardless of sarcasm the sound is going to keep getting worse until they all sound like a plugged up vacuum cleaner. There is no way a hybrid four banger is going to sound better than a pre facelift W205 it's merely wishful thinking.

even worse, they will add artificial sound to please the people....have you listened to the EV charger? Almost funny..

Well, we will get used to it and someday we will have no steering wheel either and the car just becomes a means of going from A to B with the least effort. Some of us will hold on to our ICE cars for nostalgy but 95% of car users can care less and just consider the car as means for transportation already.
