W205 C63s Coupe
Tire Size

Hello, I'm new to the W205 world coming from the W204 world. I recently got a W205 C63s coupe. Looking for new tires but wanted to confirm the tire size. For the rears, I ordered 305/30/20 Nitto NT05. From what I've heard, 305 will fit on the coupe. For the fronts, I live in the midwest where there's lots of pot holes and higher sloped areas so Im planning on getting 265/35/19 PS4S. Is this okay to run? Can someone confirm this for me fitment wise and if its okay to run PS4S and Nittos.
Reason for ordering nittos for the rear is im planning on going stage 2 downpipes and possibly E30 so I wanna make sure I get the best traction.

You are planning on running mismatched tires on the front and rear? Bad idea!

Not sure about the fitment but there are plenty of posts on this forum about tire sizes for your car.

I figured since its RWD it shouldn't be an issue considering the NT05 will only serve for better traction when roll racing. However if it does pose an issue than I would order a set of NT05s for the front as well. A couple of my W204 guys run the same setup on their cars granted its a different platform and they haven't faced any issues.

You should be fine with those sizes. I run PS4S tires with 275/35/19 in the front and 305/30/19 in the rear with no issues at all.

do you recommend sticking to the NT05 305/30/20 rear and 275/35/19 fronts then?

I wouldn't run different brand tyres on different axles on a high performance car. PS4Ss are the best for fast road. For winter or track, other options, but stick to the same tyre all round.

Yes, PS4 305 rears / 265 fronts work fine, no rubbing issues and I found they grip better than the stock 285/255 PSS’s. I came across mixed results regarding running 275 fronts. Some said they rub, others said they don’t rub at all. So I went with 265’s just to be safe even though 275’s was the more ideal size to go with 305 rears. Like others have said, I wouldn’t recommend mixing tire brands on this car.

I posted some pics of the swap last year shortly after taking delivery of my car.
