ASR module behaving strange

Do anyone else with the ASR module og the Renntech EVM module have the same behaviour? I suspect that there is something wrong with the unit. I have sent an email to ASR, but so far no feedback on this.

I just received an email from Michael at ASR in Germany:
“the noise is merely a reference run by the flap. This is still not a problem and not bad.
With our module, this reference run occurs every time voltage is applied to the flaps. This can be as soon as the door is opened.”
But I am not sure it should be like that. Seems wrong to me.

However, on another note, I would mention that with the valves open using the EVM on a PFL although it is louder and deeper but you get less pops and bangs. When i revert back to stock and use the oem console switch to open the valves, somehow the valve opening and shutting when I lift off the gas gives more pops and bangs.
