Did you ever submit a warranty claim involving the drive-train?
I have no doubt that MB could easily check if the ECU has been tuned even with the stock map re-flashed if you did need to claim.
At the most basic level the flash counter being much higher than expected would give them a good basis/reason for investigating and subsequently rejected a claim.
What I’m trying to say is that I’m not sure why you’d bother unflashing the car?
I’m not averse to tuning these cars at all - but I also know my CPO warranty would be worthless if I did.
