Roadtop Android 11 12.3 Screen
All,
Just installed the screen myself reading several online reviews. I am very happy with the it and it's a day and night difference between Command 5.0 and Android 11. I just have one issue. I have wired music and audio output to Media interface 1 like others. The car has Burmister and all things. I am the original owner of 90k vehicle. When I play sound from android it cuts AC off and I have to restart the fans. Has anbody had that issue? If i dont play music or carplay then the AC works like it should be. Is there a setting? I am going to reach out to Whatsapp as well.

My AC cuts off too, and I have an android 11 screen as well. I thought it might have been something I messed up during the install, but now I see I'm not the only one. No idea what it could be, I just restart the AC every time.

Ok Found the solution. +1 to Roadtop team as they helped me over whatsapp. You have to set Aux connection number in the settings area. By default it was six. Then you have to go back to your command and go to screen with media interface 1. Long press * and then move the Media interface shortcut to exactly Position 6. let me know if this fixes it. I believe the android screen uses some sort of short cut to favorites in command and the position matters. Can't be happy with my screen. Everything just works in my 90k 2017 C63s and it looks like 2023.
