Blank Screen - Intermittent
Hey guys, does anyone's screen just go blank and Infotainment system just not work? It's happened a few times.
Get into the car and screen is blank. Can't even turn it on via power button. If the car sits long enough, it will reset and work again. It's starting to worry me.
Any known fixes?

I had the same issue a few years ago where it would freeze turn blank and reset after a couple minutes. This happened only when using apple carplay. I brought it up when I brought the car to the dealership and asked if they could check for any updates or could do a reset. When I got the car they said they couldn't find anything wrong and didn't mention doing any updates but it has never happened since... I'd take it into the dealer if you can!

Definitely not an update causing reboot because my MercedesMe normally notifies me of any updates. Mostly happens when I start the car and my battery says "partially charged" and kicks in while i'm sitting warming up but thankfully never did it during driving or using an application like navigation.

I think you can do the reset hold the Navi button too?
