Standing burnout

Read mixed reviews and opinions all over the thread about doing burnouts. I can’t seem to figure out how to burnout, either standing or rolling in the W205. I have a PFL 63s sedan and for some reason I can’t get these damn back wheels to spin. Any input anybody?

put in sport + or race make sure traction control is off hold brake smash throttle and let off I’ve had no issues.

I’ve tried that so many times and every single time I get thrown in launch mode. I even tried turning the steering wheel slightly and it still throws me in launch mode. Weird. Are you holding the brake all the way down?

mine does the same then I keep smashing the throttle and the back tires cut loose.

yes I hold the brake all the way down while on the throttle then let off the brake with your foot still on the gas. Just make sure traction control is off on the bottom on the console.

Makes sense, I never kept smashing the throttle. TC off of course. I’ll give it another shot thanks brotha!

For the PFL to enter launch mode (RACE START) you first have to press both shift paddles and then confirm. So not sure how you end up in it w/o that. For the FL on the other hand all it takes is stepping on the brakes, mash the throttle and RACE START engages. However, not sure why you find it hard to break the rear tires loose. I find it harder not to break them loose . All it takes is mashing the throttle from a standstill with TC completely off and the rear tires will light up. I tend not to do it and don't turn the 9-stage TC completely off and/or short shift to hook the tires. As opposed to the PFL, the 9-stage TC in the FL can be set to hold just the right amount of slip for maximum traction and can be used to help with drifting.
