Extreme + fuel trim bank 1 (positive lean)
Had this c63s come in a 6 months ago, we diagnosed an 02 sensor fault, leaking pcv (both banks), leaking purge and we checked diverter valves and saw they had started shredding plastic into the turbo's. At the time the customer did not want to proceed with anything except the 02 sensor (went overseas or something).
Customer came back today complaining of an intermittent 02 sensor code (not sure as no codes on dash and 02 sensors are working fine). We replaced the diverter valves and plugs (they were passed due). Complained of an intermitten cold start misfire that goes away.
After it warms up bank 1 starts heading into the +80% fuel trim range and sounds very rough. We are going to replace the oil separators and purge.
How common are injectors on this model? We have not had to change one yet on these motors. We can test them but customer doesn't want to pay for it just yet, same old story.
