Pre-Facelift 2015-2018 Steering Wheel - Lane Keep Assist motor
The W205 steering wheel I got does not have the lane keep assist vibration motor, and all the ones I've found online don't look like they fit my steering wheel.
Where is the lane keep assist vibration motor located, and does anyone have a part number handy? From some scattered photos on the internet it looks like it might go behind the right button panel but I haven't been able to find out for sure.

Looks like left side of the steering wheel judging from the diagram.

Don't mean to spoil the party but you'll be wondering why you retrofitted this feature.

my steering wheel originally was a 2013 and I swapped on a 2012 steering wheel and it still had the same pocket and all screw holes for everything from my original steering wheel. I’m basically swapping back-and-forth between full leather and the alcantara leather mix.

are you sure it won’t fit in that little pocket underneath the AMG symbol? From the picture in the diagram posted you’re looking for a mounting point with one screw hole. Have you taken apart the whole steering wheel to look for one spare screw hole?

There's definitely no room on the 205 wheel under the AMG symbol to put the motor, and even if there were none of the bolt holes line up, and there's also no openings from the plastic portion on the bottom near the AMG logo to the centre of the wheel where the interface board is.
