Correct Differential Fluid for Facelift base C63 Coupe?

It seems FCP Euro and Rock Auto suggests 75w140 NS while ECSTuning suggests 75w90.

It's been debated that this Service is no long required??
Also noted is that the Drain and Fill plugs should be changed when doing the rear differential oil change. Part # 001 990 23 17.
I checked my 2 prior invoices and these plugs were not changed.
Photo below shows the MB timeline for rear differential oil change. Note this is an older Service schedule.
I am considering get this service done and this time with the new Drain and Fill plugs.

Now I’m hearing a slight grinding noise in the differential during full lock circles at low speed.
Can anyone confirm if that is happening in their diff with OEM fluid?

Then there is the Mercedes Operating Fluids website. Also known as the BEVO.
Here is the link: https://operatingfluids.mercedes-benz.com/
Go to Gear Oil > 231.1 Specified gear Oils.
Then just look for what you have. It will give you the MB spec for what should be used. When I was looking for gear oil I made sure that it had the MB spec printed on the label. I happen to find Febi brand oil that meets the MB spec for mine. Fuchs was also listed.
