2017 AMG C63 drivers side headlight issue

2017 AMG C63 drivers side headlight issue
So my drivers side headlight won’t adjust up with the Allen adjustment. It’s just pointed straight down. I got the part number from MB, A2059067703, and just curious of anyone’s experience with aftermarket headlights. I see some used OEM ones on eBay,
as well as off brand ones. This car shares headlights with the c300. Other than brand name on it, am I going to regret buying one of the more inexpensive aftermarket ones? I don’t mind buying a clean used c63 headlight, but I don’t want to waste money if I don’t need to. Thanks!

Buy new OEM or used OEM headlights.
Nothing else.
Is there no OEM repairparts for the oem lights - have you checked this ?

good company
i dont know who made the oem headlights
