Man those Opus X look good! I have not smoked a Opus in a very long time now. However price out each one and see if it comes out cheaper then the package deal.

These Opus X's will not be smoked for a while, but they do look delicious, especially the Taurus! I broke it down and it's roughly $29 a stick and that's cheaper than what some of these have been going for online, so all in all, I think it was good buy. And it has so many pieces to the package, it makes for an awesome showcase.

Padron for days! I still have yet to try those CCL's, I wonder why they're so hard to come by and why they're so pricey for being infused...

Nice lineup sir!

Good morning gents!

Not sure if you guys have been able to find the "Las Calaveras" from Crowned Heads, but if you come across one, BUY IT.

It was an outstanding stick. Bolder than the JD Howard Reserve, and it was blended with Don Pepin's influence. A masterpiece.

Missed out on it

My B&M had 3 boxes in and they flew off the shelf. I didn't buy it thinking they were regular production and that I'd come up on a box later so I was a little sad when I found out they were a limited run. The smoothness of Crowned Heads and the pepper/body of a Don Pepin blend....nirvana. Supposedly Crowned Head's is working on another one with Jamie Garcia?

On that note, has anyone had a chance to test out La Antiguedad from My Father or Seniorial from Jose Blanco?

I sell them for around $7 a stick...

They sell out very fast! Drew Estate did a run on them for a limited time and no one is sure why. They are worth it all day.

I think it's called the "Angel's Anvil"... I'm supposed to meet with a Crowned Heads rep on Tuesday and try one out

If I find a Las Calaveras again, I'll snap one up for you. But they're freaking unicorns

NICE!! Just placed another order on famous-smoke.com today... should get them next week. TRYING to fill up this new 300-ct humi I just got in the spring... I'm having to do baby steps, as my wife is currently going through her final year of the Physical Therapy program...

The good news = no student loans
The bad news = cigar purchases have to be well-timed

Appreciate you keeping an eye out for the Las Calaveras for me brother! Yeah, they're definitely not easy to come by anymore since they've been out for a month with only 1000 boxes released. Maybe we can partake in a trade

Angel's Anvil is what it's called, good eye sir. That vitola is just ridiculous though!

If you're on famous-smoke.com, you should check out their subsidiary bidding site, cigarauctioneer.com for some sweet deals. Recently I picked up a 4 pack of Tabacalera La Palma sampler (Aging Room, Swag, Seniorial, etc.) that came with an Aging Room Maduro, F55, M356, and Swag all for $12. All really, really good quality smokes if you ask me.

Good luck filling the 300ct humidor lol. I've come across an 8 bottle wine fridge about 4 months ago and I'm just now getting around to stocking it.

Haha. Exactly. This thread is too great to die out. I've recently had a LFD Cameroon Cabinet Chisel for a friend's birthday and I had forgotten how good those cigars are. Will remember to take some pics the next time I light one up

Absolutely man! I have been lax on the puff's. Not much time really since I got home from Florida. Those LFD I hear are pretty good! I have been craving a Padron Family Reserve recently. That with a good glass of red wine. Maybe I will get around to it soon.

I was beginning to wonder the same thing... maybe Jon gave up cigars

I've been enjoying some killer smokes lately; no box purchases, just a ton of sampling various sticks. Definitely no risk of burn-out, that's for sure.

Noteworthy sticks as of late... the new Jericho Hill from Crowned Heads is awesome. Undercrown now has a Flying Pig, which is DELIGHTFUL and at $12, almost as yummy as the Liga FFP (for the money). There's a new 12-Year Perdomo that is fantastic... very buttery finish, reminds me of Partagas No. 4 from The Island.

Honestly my updates on here have been light b/c I added most of you on FB a few months ago... you all see me post several stogies a week on there (at least George does, haha).

But, we need to not forget our roots

Hope everyone is doing well!

Unfortunately even on FB I have not posted much puffs. Been crazy busy with work and MBA. Have some projects going on at the moment so not too much golf played as well I have only really had Padron 3000 and 2000 as of since like August.

Great looking humidor! From what I see you love Drew Estate? I am a HUGE fan of the #9,T52, Flying Pig. I like the Café Con Leches as well as the Java's as well. I hate the Acids however.

Welcome to the cigar section of MBWorld! Post away and join the fun.

Awesome... Smoked the new Anejo 88 yesterday, but didn't care much for it. Much prefer the#46 and #77.

Might be hitting the pipe today though

I have been busy so not much time to puff. However, I have a golf date come Tuesday after work so I hope to have some cigars then. I like the Anejo #77 Shark.

BTW How do you like your CLS550? I am looking at a 2012 CLS550 to replace my daily driver (C240)
