looking at cl's
 

hello everyone, i was originally lookin at another s class , but im having an ich for the cl500 . i really love the shape and styling of 215 cl and want to get one but the abc issues are making me lean towards another s class. im ok with airmatic , parts are cheap from arnotts and its not complicated compared to abc at all. so my question is what do you guys think get a cl500 or stay away? :confused:

Sure we've payed quite a considerable amount on repairs because the old owner didn't have a full MB service history :(

BUT the car owwnnns every one!! One of the most comfortable rides ever plus the pulling speed from the lights:D BTW mine is a 2005 model and has done loads of miles!

Definitely a car that will never lose its looks (unless blown up )

get one. Could be expensive cause its packed full of $$$ hardware but if you can deal with that get one. Mine has not been too expensive but search the forums for CL and expensive and you see will what we mean

from what ive read most costly issues cl owners aare facing is ABC suspension. btw... i love your car man , cashmere edition is super rare specially in a cl55. wow lol . says your in davis, im in sacramento...i would love to see that cl in person :), how did u come across that one?

I don't think you will run into any major problems. I recently picked up a CL500 and its an amazing car. One thing I would recommend though, is picking up some kind of extended warranty if you do decide to get the CL. Parts on these cars get costly.
