need new cats on 02 cl500 any info?

need new cats on 02 cl500 any info?
yea im gonna buy 2 new front cats for a 2002 cl500 and i was wondering if i shud go somewhere specific or if you guys have any sugestions on this procedure,...
they both went bad recently and were rattling so we cut em open and removed the broken inside parts and now it stopped but i need a inspection and im sure i wont pass without new cats lol....
shud i go for new magnaflow cats for example they are direct fit about 500-600 each.
any suggestions or tips would be nice!
or lets say for the price of new cats + installation if i can get a custom exhaust that will allow me to pas inspection that works to.... tryin to stay under 1500 total for the parts! thanks for any help!
