Silicone intake hoses for the CL?
 

Newbie here, thanks in advance for any help. The stock intake hoses are flimsy plastic, and I've seen heavy-duty silicone hoses for other models but not for our CL. Has anyone here upgraded the stock hoses?

Why would you want silicone hoses? Is there something wrong with yours?

They seem like cheap plastic, and I suspect that some of the heat from the engine heats up the plastic (and thus the air). Cooler air = more dense air = more power.
