My 1st CL500

Hi everyone,
Been browsing this site for over a week now so have decided to join.
Purchased a 2003 CL500 last week and am loving every minute with it. 164,000 miles, with full MB Service history. Engine is smooth and gear changes are perfect too.

Sound system was appalling so I have undone the original headhunt and replaced with an Alpine and changed door speakers to JL Audio. Next an Amp is going into the boot and a JL Audio subwoofer to replace the original one.

Only issue I'm having is the dreaded ABC warning light which pops up in white asking me to go to workshop. Its totally random, only happens above 30mph, and goes away at shutdown and re-boot (yes, I work in IT - LOL).
I'm already looking for a ABC pump in prep for it to be changed. lol

Look forward to chatting to you guys.
Ash

Mercedes S550 Coupe (now) CL55 (until last March 3), Ferrari 612, Porsche Macan GTS
Very nice car. Congratulations!

i noticed you have lowered it. Good move. It always had too much gap in the wheel wells and it handles markedly better when the weight is closer to the ground.
