Battery trunk support plate and plugs in the main wiring, CL 500 2002

I only restarted it the next day (20).
So it was closed for 7 days without using it (I haven't had time for a nice detailing yet, so it is currently still dirty (sacrilege)).
On the 27th I try to start it (it was necessary to move it) and it does not turn on. I connect the cables to the battery for a jump start and it goes straight away. So the battery was just dead.
I try again on the 30th to restart it (I had to move it again) and it does not start again.
This time it doesn't even start with the jump start. Indeed, after a few attempts, the instrumentation stops working. I look at the battery and I notice that acid has leaked from a couple of elements. Then I disconnect the jump start cables and remove the battery from the car.
Here is the battery:
I find some surprises. Under the battery there is no support / plate, but a deep vacuum.
Here's what I'm talking about:
Furthermore, a plug of dubious functionality is connected to the positive pole cable.
I refer to this graft:
A plug is also connected to the negative pole cable, but this can be connected to the 12V socket.
The cable initially was disconnected:
So I tried to plug it in myself and found that it actually plugs into the 12V socket:
Is the 12V socket in the trunk false, or is it originally intended?
Here you can see it the additional cable plugged at negative cord and the 12V plug:
However there is a fixing bracket (but the bolt is missing):
Ultimately I would like to understand if I need a support plate for the battery and if the connections to the cables and the 12V plug are original or a non original aftermarket install.
Sorry for the pictures with the CL and its dirty accessories, but after buying it I still haven't had time to detail.
