I think about 45-47K is tops for a 550, even with more options and coming from a nice climate. Id say less if from a harsh climate that uses salt on the roads etc.

I'd stay away from a used CL that is not under warranty. A CPO CL will offer an unlimited mile warranty...and these things are expensive to maintain properly. Keep up with the maintenance, and it's a dream car, but you'll need an open checkbook to keep it that way.

I totally agree. I still have 2 1/2 years left the on the factory workers warranty and 47,500 left in miles. When I buy my warranty, I'll be looking for time not miles. I have gone the no warranty way, a few times and did OK but on one particular W215, I spent 15k in 6 months and still needed more work, so I dumped it.
