2012 CL550 Radio Display won't turn on and No sound

Hi

4 Days go I can't get the Command display to turn on. none of the buttons work, its just blank
Before Command disply was not working Pre-safe function and Active blind sport assist light come on and 5 min later it was off by himsefe. :word:

I drop off benz dealer 2 days go I have not hear form them........

I would appreciate if someone know what going on??? Thanks

Dealer saying The command unit needs to be replaced :smash:

Let you know guys it's only 38000 mils on it tho..........
