coolant leak in 2008 Cl550

coolant leak in 2008 Cl550
does anyone know what would cause the coolant leak outta the car completely? ive had no issues with the vehicle and all of a sudden the coolant fluid is low, i then top it off and by the next evening its saying the samething and the coolant tank is empty again. Any insight would be appreciated

I know this is an old post but recently I had the same issue. My local MB garage said the o-rings for the transmission tubes were bad. Well, lo and behold, I drove the car into Chicago and when I came out to the parking garage, I had a large puddle of coolant. The radiator had a crack between the inlet and outlet hoses. It was $2300 to repair at MB of Naperville.
