Upgrade CL55 to a CL600 interior?

Upgrade CL55 to a CL600 interior?
I just placed an order (deposit) for a 2003 CL55. For some reason the expected backlog for this car was not there - I am #3 on the list. According to my dealer the news that the '03 will be supercharged is still not commonly known.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to somehow special order an SL600 interior in a CL55/CL500 series car. Back in 2001 I test drove a CL500 that had a CL600 interior. The dealer said that it was a factory mistake. I asked him to make the same 'mistake' when he entered my CL55 in the system, but he said he could not. I know that BMW and other companies have processes where District Reps can call in special requests (euro spec colors on a US car, etc.). Does anyone know what the secret password is to get this done on a MB? Thanks.

In Europe, you can order pretty much what you want. Esp. on a AMG vehcile. Here in the US however, you cant. The only way to accomplish this task is to change everything after delivery. Not worth it in my opinion. If you want to add the extra wood, its easy. The headliner, easy, etc... But it all adds up. Depends on what it is worth to you I guess. If I was spend that much money on a new interior, it would certainly be something more than just the standard CL600 fair.
