How does it compare to your E55? I've been kicking around the idea of replacing my E55 with a 65-engined car (S65 or CL65)

There really is no comparisson. The speed and torque eclipse that of the already monsterous E55. I am really impressed with it. I havent tried any aggressive cornering yet, but I would guess the E would turn in better due to less weight up front. I may take it on the track at the end of the month. I will be at Reno Fernly with the Viper, and may take the CL out for a lap or two to see how she does. I really love this car. Also, the ride is smoother, quieter, and interior is much more elegant as you would expect

I had a 2004 E55 and can tell you my CL55 out handles my E55. The ABC suspension system is much better than the E55's Airmatic. The ride is better, the car is flatter in the corners (believe me it's not like a Porsche or anything, just better than the E's Airmatic).

I would expect the CL65's suspension to be even better than my CL55's suspension.

That is good to know, I wasnt sure which would handle better, I felt that witht the extra weight up front, and overall, that the CL would be less nimble than the E. Thanks for your input I hope it handles better....
